INFORMATION

If you want to request a commission you can send me a direct message on Instagram or Twitter (X), or via email: [email protected]I'll send you a contract with all the terms and conditions, rights and more information that you'll have to read and sign. You can find these here on my carrd, I highly recommend you to read them carefully!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ABOUT REFERENCES

I’ll need references of the idea, the pose and the character(s) that will appear in the commission. The more references you provide, the better.
However, if you wish, you can give me creative freedom. I’ll take care of sending all the necessary sketches.[⚠️] Please consider this before sending any reference:
• Do NOT ask me to copy certain artist's art style.
• You can send a detailed description of your idea, documents or even links to Google Drive folders.
• Little sketches and stickman drawings are more useful than you think and helps me a lot with visualizing the concept, even if you don't know how to draw!
• Don't send me AI images nor AI art, I may reject your commission.

PAYMENT

Payment should be made completely before I start the commission. I will not start working until I receive the full amount.The app I use is Paypal.If the client decides to cancel the commission after I've started working I won't be able to offer a refund.As a client, when do I get a refund?
• When I, the artist, have to cancel the commission for external issues.
• When I, the artist, haven't meet the deadline we discussed beforehand.
• When I, the artist, have failed to deliver the quality of work the client was expecting. In this case, I will only refund half of the payment.

DEADLINES

Commissions can take up to 4-5 weeks to be completed depending on the amount of work I have at the moment, so please be patient.
Once the commission is paid and accepted, I will start working.If you need your commission done before an estimated date let me know and I'll make sure to have it ready before the deadline!

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

• My art must be used for personal purposes only, not commercial purposes (unless I have given the permission).• My art must NOT be used for feeding an AI. I do not support generative AI.• I reserve the right to display the finished work in my portfolio and promotional materials.• I will always ask before posting a finished commission on my social media. I would appreciate if you do the same.• I reserve the right to not accept a commission.

NSFW COMMISSIONS

You can request a NSFW commission. The terms and conditions do not change.However, please keep this in mind for this kind of commission:
• I won't draw kinks like emeto or urinal ones.
• When sending references, please avoid sending me real porn.By requesting a NSFW commission you affirm that you are +18 years old.
